I have had nothing but exceptional service here. A special shout out to Hazel who is a gun for finding what I need and to Amy who can give me a pain-free flu shot any day! But really, the whole team is amazing. Busy here? If course! Good service is enjoyed by everyone!!
Long wait on scripts wait time 1hr or more some days. Never go after 5pm it can be quite busy.
Staff are not across the basic prescription collection process. Asked to wait in store and then got told later we should have been given a buzzer. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
