I had a really bad experience of being physically assaulted by a security guard at Chemist Warehouse Spencer St, and so was pretty on edge walking into a pharmacy again. The pharmacist was really wonderful and kind, made sure I could ask all the questions I needed, and told me lots of extra info that was really helpful. Not once did I feel like I was being singled out - super welcoming staff who treated me with respect and care.
The best Priceline store without a doubt. Michael goes above and beyond to help. If a product is not available, he will not hesitate to find it for you and get it into the store. If you cannot make it into the store because of health reasons he will arrange a parcel and post it to you. Michael and his staff are helpful and always courteous, nothing is too much trouble.
I just walked in and got myself a flu shot with Vincent. What an exceptional experience. I don’t leave reviews often but felt I should as he was great! Felt like walking into my local rural pharmacy. Very happy
Incredibly caring staff with amazing customer service. I came in after falling on the tram tracks and they were so wonderful and kind with helping me get patched up :)
