I’ve been a customer of Steve and Connor for many, many years. Even though I no longer live nearby I still make the ‘trek’ to the best Pharmacy in Melbourne! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always make you feel special and heard.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased the Revolution Fix & Glow Fixing Spray (100mL), and it arrived with the seal already broken and the product appearing used. This is completely unacceptable for a cosmetic item that should be sealed for hygiene and safety reasons. I contacted the team and was told to email through for a replacement ( by returning the product via mail), which I’ve done along with photos, but the process has been inconvenient and frustrating. Always the same pharmacists which is great, they are knowledgeable and have time to answer questions. Today I bought probiotics to go with my antibiotics and after I left had a question about whether I could take them while I am breastfeeding and they took my number, called the company and then called me back with the company’s recommendation! Super impressed - definitely above and beyond!
