The staff in store on 28 July 2026, including the senior female cashier and a staff member in the cosmetics section, were very cold and unwelcoming. It honestly made me wonder whether they enjoy their jobs. I used to enjoy shopping at Priceline because the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at this store. A warm greeting and a more approachable attitude would have made a significant difference.

Google Maps states that the store opens at 8:30 a.m. I arrived at 8:40 a.m. to collect my order. Although the lights were on, the doors were still locked and there were no staff members available to open the store. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, especially as I had travelled there specifically to pick up my order. Please ensure that the opening hours listed online are accurate and that the store opens on time.

Very disappointing customer service. I told the staff member I was a Priceline member before paying and entered my phone number. After the transaction, I asked if I could also claim my birthday gift. Apparently, my number needed to be entered again for the gift, but as a customer, I had no way of knowing that. Instead of simply explaining the process, the staff member clicked her tongue and said, “You should have said that earlier,” making it seem like it was my fault.
