One staff member was extremely rude. I spent a long time in the store trying to find assistance, but no staff were visible. I was looking for a cleanser that wasn’t on the shelf, so I checked underneath to see if there was any stock. A staff member then appeared suddenly, gave me an aggressive look, and yelled “No, you don’t do that” in a very harsh tone. I have been shopping at Priceline for over five years, and this is honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. During checkout, the cashier — an older lady with silver hair — was extremely rude and unprofessional. What made this even more frustrating was the clear inconsistency and double standards. The customer right before me was asked if they had a membership. They did not have a physical card and simply provided their phone number, which was accepted with no issue at all. So disappointed. Very poor and disrespectful service from the sales assistant who didn’t say hello or thank you. She ignored them even though I did first, and irritated at me for not bringing membership ID and just saying my phone number. I don’t wanna come ever from now on.

Priceline Surfers Paradise have recently taken us over after a major disappointment with a local competitor. Priya and the team couldn’t be more caring and helpful! We feel safe in their hands and so glad we made the change. Highly recommend.
