During my time in store, I overheard the manager, Sheree, speaking to an employee in a way that I personally found dismissive and unprofessional. My husband and I have used this pharmacy for almost 17 years. Every single staff member is fantastic and demonstrates caring and empathy. A big shout out goes to Bryan who is never too busy to help and give professional advice. Queenie is another who gets a big shout out. Two examples of caring individuals. Highly recommended this pharmacy for all needs.
I’ve never written a review before, but after seeing similar comments about the manager’s behaviour, I felt I should share my experience.
