Lovely staff, never too busy to help out!
Make sure you double-check your online order before collection. I incorrectly put my order to Albert St (instead of Edward St) and found out they don't open on the weekend. I managed to get into the city on Tuesday after work, got there at 4:50 p.m. just before they closed, picked it up, and left. I didn't check, and I found they gave me the wrong product. I called them for a refund/exchange, and I was told to bring the product to Albert St! They cannot arrange for the swap at a different store that is open on the weekend.
2:55pm and it says open online. Diabolical
Staff were sitting down behind the counter and didn't move until i reached the tills
