I’m a pensioner and even though I’m entitled to the concession cost of a script, I was charged the full amount even though my pension number was on the script. Fortunately this was rectified with a call. A male checkout operator reprimanded me for queuing up in the wrong direction when I was paying. I explained that the customer in front of myself had a trolley which was facing the incorrect way, so I felt it would be awkward in the narrow space for her to move around if I was facing her trolley.
