Prahran branch sold a tester product to us and we went to St kilda for an exchange but got refuse. We have proof with purchase but the manager did not even offer help to give further contact detail or anything just said we need to go back to Prahran to exchange. The time of purchasing literally just few hours ago but Prahran branch has closed already at the time.
