One of the male staff members said he was from the head office, as if that was enough to dismiss me when I asked for help. However, the girl at the cashier was very kind and helpful.
Loni the assistant cashier does not seem to need a job. Worst customer service ever. Not sure if retaining her would be the best for her future endeavours. Would give -5 stars if possible.
