Absolutely unacceptable service. I was refused cold and flu medication containing pseudoephedrine by a 17-year-old staff member who is not a qualified pharmacist. Despite presenting valid ID and being well over 18, I was lectured with a personal opinion that pseudoephedrine “does not relieve symptoms.” This is simply false. Pseudoephedrine has been approved for decades in Australia by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as a key active ingredient in widely used brands such as Sudafed and Codral Cold & Flu. Outrageously long wait times for prescriptions
The young girl that was running checkout 17/8 around 3pm is such a sweetheart! I've been served by her a couple times now and she is ALWAYS polite & so lovely :))
Was told 25 minutes for my script to fill. One hour later I told them to cancel my scripts, because really 1 hour is long enough to wait for anything. Then to be told the item that I specifically asked if it was in stock was out of stock. And now Im waiting for another 5 minutes for the rat of my scripts to be cancelled. Appalling.
