⭐ 1 star I had a disappointing experience at this Priceline store today. I don’t usually shop here, but it was convenient at the time, so I popped in to pick up a few makeup items. While browsing, I picked up a spray product and looked around for a tester—none was visible, and the item wasn’t sealed. A staff member was standing nearby but didn’t offer any assistance. I recently visited your store to check whether the Boost Lab products were on special. While I was browsing, I noticed a staff member—Nicole—continually walking back and forth past the aisle I was in, clearly watching me. At no point did she approach to offer assistance or ask if I needed help. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly scrutinized. Took my daughter shopping today as she has been getting bullied at school (she has Down syndrome). She wanted an eyeliner from Priceline but wanted to go in herself so I let her. She walked out crying. The staff member had refused her services and I was told by other customers she was yelling at her which was recorded. I addressed the issue to the manger (lady with gray hair to shoulder and tall) she laughed and told me to leave. I left immediately. I also would like to mention the hygiene of the store. Unprofessional behaviour from the staff. I spent nearly $60 and asked to put it on my membership card and they said okay but they didn’t do it and thankfully the recipe shows if they put it or not. Very disappointing service.
Older manager/Staff were extremely unprofessional. refusing to replace a faulty product on the basis they had “never seen it happen before” luckily I had video proof or they clearly were not going to replace my item- please familiarise your staff with the consumer affair laws and how to provide adequate customer service as this is not the first time
