23 May 2026 at around 1430 hrs at Canning Vale . Very poor customer service... My mom was the only customer waiting for her prescription, which they apparently placed in their counter and totally forgot, all the while chatting and laughing with each other like they're offwork. Never even said sorry...
*Update 2026* I still go to this place and service is still top tier! Everyone that Ive ever encountered at the store is so friendly, attentive and professional. They've also been asking if I have my loyalty card at the checkout! I never have to wait long when I need something from the Pharmacists. They tend to you immediately when they see you approaching the counter unlike at Chemist Warehouse!
