I went into Priceline Watergardens today looking for some cream and was served by Alana. She was so sweet and extremely helpful. Her customer service was exceptional.. I would definitely shop there again.
Very rude customer service… was served by an asian girl “pharmacist” who had an attitude and was not willing to continue the service politely
The staff were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. I visited around 4:30–5pm on 15/08 and they were more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than helping customers. They didn’t even have testers for the new Maybelline brow pens because they’re “new”. Is that really an excuse? At checkout, the staff member practically yelled at me asking if I wanted a bag. I was served by Cat Mai Nguyen, a blonde Asian pharmacist, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. Throughout the interaction, she was extremely rude towards both me and my friends, despite us being polite and respectful. She displayed an unprofessional attitude and lacked basic customer service skills.
