Ordered a click and collect came up as in stock at st James when I got there, no stock apparently something wrong with system and no customer service she was so rude
Really appreciate the consistently excellent advice, care and service provided by the largely female-led team at Priceline, St James (opp Aldi). In particular, pharmacists here have always taken the time necessary, as well as gone 'above and beyond' to listen to our detailed needs/concerns at the time, and supply meaningul feedback. My recent visit to Priceline Pharmacy - St James was nothing short of an experience. I stopped in to buy Imodium. Not asking for anything strong. Not requesting prescription medication. Just plain, over-the-counter Imodium for a very urgent and uncomfortable situation. What followed felt less like a retail purchase and more like appearing before a grand jury.
