Terrible customer service from the ladies at this store Thursday 18 June 2026, at around 5:30pm. They were not helpful at all and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Their body language and facial expressions, plus their tone was far from what you would xpect as a customer. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything since I felt mistreated.
Do yourself a favor. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Avoid this location—terrible pharmacy management and zero customer care. I have been a loyal customer here purely for convenience, despite constantly experiencing poor service. After today, I am officially ending my loyalty and would rather travel to an inconvenient pharmacy just to receive decent customer service. Had appointment for flushot but still waiting for 30’ and staff said ‘They’re not sure how long do I need to wait’. What appointment for???

Used to Be a fab pharmacy with great staff who were very efficient and built relationships with customers. Not sure what has happened recently, but it’s now dreadful. Went there today to find that the pharmacy had lost my repeat script, and subsequently told by the pharmacist that there was ‘no proof’ they had my script and people often pretend they’ve dropped scripts there to try and get medicine they’re not prescribed.
