This shop for helpful staff is so unacceptable. Took my sister in as she was visiting. She needed a Sally Hansen nail harder. We tried to get some help but staff all to busy stock taking. We finally got a very abrupt staff member and she, just said no we are out. I asked if maybe there down stair shop had any. She said no. We went down to the other priceline. Today, October 2nd, my husband and I were very poorly served, by the counter attendant, very bad, rude and I will never enter any Preciline Robina Shopping again. Employees need to understand that if there is no customer, the store closes and they are unemployed. They need to have love in the profession, otherwise it's better not to go to work.

quick service, pharmacist is Always kind
I’m not sure what the pharmacist ladies name was that gave my son his prescription medication but she was absolutely wonderful!! She took the time to explain to him how it works and advise on being patient with it, she asked to speak to him and not tell me which I thought was great (him being a teenager) despite having other people in line she still took the time to focus on explaining to him without feeling rushed. Thank you A+ service!! -This was on Sunday the 1st of June at around 1pm.
