I have been very fortunate to be served by the wonderful staff of this organisation for many, many years. My partner and I went in yesterday afternoon to get our Flu and COVID vaccines as we always do. While we had to wait 5-10 minutes to make sure everything was fine, I watched the staff closely since we didn't have much to do. I am so proud of how well these lovely people take the time to get to know their regular customers and will do almost anything to make your visit much more comfortable. Great range of products, extremely clean store and fabulous staff
Totally unhelpful and care factor ZERO!
Friendly staff but the lady pharmacist made me wait 30 mins for my script. There were people coming after me & getting their scripts before me. I asked staff about it & they looked but couldn’t find my script. I told them I was struggling as had just spent 5 hours in Emergency. The pharmacist had done it but was holding on to it as she talked to another customer for ages. She then gave them to me without even an apology or explanation. I am a Priceline member but won’t be back.
