I wish I could give 0 rating. This is the worst pharmacy. The pharmacists are unprofessional and have no respect to the customers. Jerry’s attitude was rude and unacceptable when I asked questions about my flu shot. When I said I won’t come again due to the poor customer service, he replied “ I don’t want to see you again!”

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. While paying for my purchase, a staff member in a white coat rudely accused my daughter, who has selective mutism, of knocking items off the shelves. She is extremely quiet and would never do anything like that, as she avoids drawing attention to herself. Even after I calmly responded and offered an apology just in case, he remained rude and dismissive, stating, ‘I don’t want an apology!’ This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer respect is unacceptable... read more
