I needed to get some prep stuff for my procedure the next day, the pharmacist on shift was a legend to deal with, empathic and wise. Much appreciated.
Staff went above and beyond to find a product for me
I asked my mum to pick up a brown lipliner, and the workers took advantage of the fact that she does not know English or makeup well and upsold her both an expensive brown lipstick AND lip-gloss instead of a lipliner. 0/10 customer service, very wrong.
