I find that most of the pharmacy staff are very helpful and have always been able to speak to a pharmacist if I’ve needed to. Some staff on the registers could do with some extra training and one or two have a bit of an attitude problem. Shop itself is always clean and well stocked.
Always shop at the Mareeba Priceline. Chemists here are very helpful
Extremely poor service and communication I will avoid this business like the plague there is no quality or communication
Come in to get a script filled for my daughter, the lady was against the medication for my child and then said they didn't have it and that they won't even get it in again, that was a lie. Then another lady said yes we do have it and have plenty of it, it was just an awful experience, my daughter needs the medication, I've gone elsewhere now to have her script filled permanently. Never had an issue with this pharmacy until this lady, which I've encountered before being daft and rude on another occasion.
