I stood and waited at the counter with my products for 10 minutes. The shop had very few people in it but three staff members walked past me. Not one of them came to serve me, not one of them even looked me in the face. They were arranging shelves, restocking, etc. Eventually one of them walked up to the counter with a customer that she had spoken to.
