Had an online return mess up and the the staff member on the phone at Priceline Morayfield was really amazing and helped me out making the returns process a lot easier for me by sorting it out on their end. Thank you very much for the wonderful service.
There was no one on the floor that could help me
The staff here are beyond rude. I am infuriated with how disgusting they treat customers. If I were their boss, I would immediately fire them and hire kind, friendly, and welcoming workers instead.
I went there a couple days ago and was just disgusted with the way the staff treat customers behind their backs we all have ears and can hear you do better with your staff. They seem to care more about talking than their jobs. Disgusting behaviour.
Deena was very lovely. Helpful and was really a pleasure to chat to. She is an asset to your store.
