I was looking at a product that had already been broken before I approached it. I simply checked what was inside and did not damage the product further or have any intention to do. but a staff member working at that time misunderstood the situation and spoke to me very strongly and aggressively, accusing me of opening or breaking the product. Service is rude!!!!!! I ordered products last night because in website they said you can collect them around 2 hours. I went to the martin store around 10in the morning. I asked 1 lady; she said the order would be done when you receive the email. I replied that 'in the website they said I can get products around 2 hours' with normal tone.
