Rude unhelpful staff
I was looking at a product that had already been broken before I approached it. I simply checked what was inside and did not damage the product further or have any intention to do. but a staff member working at that time misunderstood the situation and spoke to me very strongly and aggressively, accusing me of opening or breaking the product.
