Recently got my last repeat of HRT scrip filled at Priceline erina only to be charged $52.99 for HRT medication that has been supplied to me at the PBS price of $31.50. The pharmacist could see my history but still chose to “exercise their right” to charge the highest price possible. Women fought hard to have this medication included on the PBS and to see Priceline disregard that progress for profit is incredibly disappointing! This felt like greedy and unacceptable behaviour, and I won’t be returning.
Just annoyed to see kids Xmas dolls on the counter in October so here is me having my day.
The staff were really nice and everything on the app is in store nice!!
I understand the need to take a break but there were multiple employees at 1pm and the team closed the store for 45 minutes. The hours are 10-5 on a Sunday so I’m sure they could’ve taken breaks at different times instead of of together. Multiple customers were turned away. Also for people that aren’t turned away and came afterwards, there is no way of knowing when the 45 min is.
