Priceline steals and will not help you! Dispute and it won’t work unless you cancel service immediately. Even if you’re out of town, disabled and can’t drive but in the wrong hotel! Can’t dispute and Priceline didn’t refund me fully!!!
Our February 28th trip to Israel was canceled by the airline. Priceline got the waiver code from the airline to release the refund and said it would take 1-2 days (Jame). Didn't get it. Called again and Chard said it was the airlines fault and to wait 7 days and he would email me. Never got an email. Waited 7 days. Still NO refund of $4,162. Waited 7 days spoke to Gerald and his supervisor May, who said it was my banks fault for not releasing the funds. Checked with my bank and that's absolutely false, which I knew it would ... read more
You guys suck, I should be able to get my money back due to things being out of my control.
