Our February 28th trip to Israel was canceled by the airline. Priceline got the waiver code from the airline to release the refund and said it would take 1-2 days (Jame). Didn't get it. Called again and Chard said it was the airlines fault and to wait 7 days and he would email me. Never got an email. Waited 7 days. Still NO refund of $4,162.
