Great store with lovely staff. Emily in particular is so helpful and knowledgable. I’m neurodivergent, and going into stores and deciding on products can be very difficult and overwhelming for me. Emily is incredibly welcoming and patient, she creates so much space for me to ask questions and, most importantly to be myself. Instead of rushing out buying products I'm unsure of, I can make informed decisions and take my time. My fave PL of all as it's so big and clean plus always fully stocked. I find the staff to be really friendly. I was there yesterday and it was as if there was no air con on at all!! I feel sorry for you staff if that's what it's like in summer.
Very judgy employees. Asking how can i help you without even looking at the customer and seeming very uninterested. Why work in customer service if you treat customer that way. And yeah they were racist as well.
