Just had the most helpful lady (Sam) help me with selecting the right product to fix my hair. I would highly recommend coming in and talking to Sam if you need any hair advice, product or service. Greatly appreciated and will be back.

Im only giving two stars because this store always seems to have what im looking for but the customer service on the check outs is always trash. I only shop here if I absolutely need to.
It's been over 3 months now of empty shelves, signage everywhere they've changed supplied and waiting on new stock. Same story for months now. Now new signage saying under new ownership. So what's actually going on ? They bought out Terry white downstairs and eventually closed that down , so haven't been able to get a script filled for 3+ months within the centre. Staff always friendly and helpful , but this is a joke now .
The staff behaviour is soo rude and make faces to reply and show items never go this store again
