Quite a rude staff member in store. I was looking for the Essence products specifically and despite making several laps of the store obviously very confused I was not greeted by the staff member stocking shelves that I walked past several times, nor did she ask if I needed help. I approached her politely and said excuse me and she didn’t even look at me before snapping with a very aggressive “YEP” followed by her turning around and sarcastically saying “see that bright pink stand, right there” when I asked if she knew where ... read more
Went in at a busy time and Chrissy came to the register to help put my stuff through. She was very efficient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Stayed for a minute for a quick chat and she was lovely. Thanks!!
I had such a lovely experience at Priceline Westfield Carindale today (Thursday afternoon around 2:30pm). The team members who assisted me were absolutely wonderful. so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. They made my shopping experience genuinely enjoyable, and I left the store feeling valued and appreciated as a customer. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but I wanted to make sure their excellent service was recognised. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond!
