I had a very disappointing experience here. I asked for a black eyeliner, and the one given to me was already open. Instead of replacing it, the staff insisted I must pay for it. One staff member even said she would take it and place it at the cashier herself, even though I told her I would take it in my own hand and she could check the cameras. Very low stock availability
Went into Priceline Broadmeadows on the 31st of July at around 7:50 pm. The 3 girls working were so disgustingly rude. One after the other, kicking us out and greasing us off. I was in the middle of purchasing an item, didn’t even give me time to grab it or pay for it. Straight up “get out we’re closing” I will never be back in that store. Honestly have some shame and fix your customer service because that was horrible.
Wrong delivery of my items and its been two weeks i am waiting for my items to be delivered
