Had excellent customer service by Mary today. She was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who is happy to be at work and doing their job. Thanks Mary, we need more people like you in the retail industry.
Incredibly rude and immature staff with bad temperament. Snapped at me for no reason.
Incredibly beyond rude staff, I walked in to the store and I could hear 2 staff members laughing to themselves with direct quotes about my appearance, (I knew they were talking about me with specifics about what I was wearing and exact description of my appearance,-saying look at the girl who just walked in) the staff laughed to themselves for a while, whilst I was in earshot even calling me ugly. The entire atmosphere in the store was cold and disgusting and even at checkout the same girls were giving me looks and laughing ... read more
