Rude and unhelpful staff, with messy and misleading discount labels on the shelves. Completely unprofessional and showing zero sense of customer service. I picked up a product clearly marked as 40% off for the whole skincare range, but at checkout was told there was no discount and it didn’t qualify for the promotion.
Terrible customer service. Asked for help and someone she knew was in the store and she ran off from us screeching and hugging this woman instead of helping us. Umm hello are you getting paid to work and serve customers or literally running into this person arms and screaming how much you love each other?
Went here to buy some black waterproof mascara (not for me). The range of recognisable branded products was exceptional, and we found exactly what we needed.
