Incredibly rude and immature staff with bad temperament. Snapped at me for no reason.
Incredibly beyond rude staff, I walked in to the store and I could hear 2 staff members laughing to themselves with direct quotes about my appearance, (I knew they were talking about me with specifics about what I was wearing and exact description of my appearance,-saying look at the girl who just walked in) the staff laughed to themselves for a while, whilst I was in earshot even calling me ugly. Terrible service and no actual chemist’s counter.
Rude and unhelpful staff, with messy and misleading discount labels on the shelves. Completely unprofessional and showing zero sense of customer service. I picked up a product clearly marked as 40% off for the whole skincare range, but at checkout was told there was no discount and it didn’t qualify for the promotion.
