My friend (25) and I (19), went to Priceline Chadstone. I’m Asian and she’s wog. We wore leggings, no makeup except lash extensions, and I had a Ralph Lauren sweater on. There were no other customers, yet staff gave us side-eyes and no greeting. We had used makeup in our bags. My friend showed her clearly used cushion powder to an employee, asking if they had the same shade. They said no. Later, I showed my friend my own old pimple cream in a damaged box. Horrible customer service. No matter what day, what time and what service you require be sure to be served with the worst attitude possible, the stare down, the no smile, the forced expressions. Not even hi or a bye or have a good day, it’s common courtesy, I don’t know what these staff are being trained with but it’s the worst I have come across. Iam sorry if you are ALL AT ALL TIMES REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING having a bad day, maybe instal a self service at least the machines can’t be rude, knowing the staff, at Chadstone shop... read more
Online order took 6 days to arrive and was given a used lipstick.. try calling store numerous times no one answers... if I had read other negative reviews prior I wouldn't have ordered here
