The atmosphere is quite and tidy with foot traffic being low with occasional highs. They usually would have everything you will need in the one store including alternatives. The service is kind.

I recently made a purchase at one of your stores, but unfortunately, my Sister Club membership was not added to the transaction. The staff member did not ask for my membership, and I also forgot to mention it at the time. This has happened a few times in the past with the same team member, who never prompts for the Sister Club card during checkout.
