Worst experience, they are running 12 days of Christmas deal only to cause inconvenience to their customers. I got an email this morning about the promotion so I placed the order however the terms on the website were unclear whether the free item was to be added to the cart anyway I go in and place another order as advised by the lady at the deer park store only to find out they don't even have a stock not only at this one location (Deer park) but also online and all the other stores across Melbourne.
