Port Melbourne - Best customer service. Bought a perfume today.. Her knowledge was amazing. I am constantly helped and product supported by the knowledge by I believe the manager Engaging with customers is still very important.... Very disappointed, such a shame as I'd like to like this store more than CW. Walked in one Sunday in January, to find 3 young sales assistants chatting away within themselves, blocking the aisles. No greeting, not even eye-contact or offer for help. Even worse, one of them was busy talking about her serious personal health (it was tumour/cancer related) out loud. I bought some vitamins at another priceline store, they were about to expire that month, returned them to Port melbourne store to exchange for a in date bottle. The assistant was very polite and asked her manager. response - you can't return vitamins go back to the store where you bought them.
