I'll be honest. Good: Staff was very friendly. Has most of the good brands. Good skincare range. Clean. Bad: Staff didn't know anything and wasn't really driven to help. Staff was older too, so not really up to date with what's trending or what's selling well and why. If staff was wanting to expand their knowledge, best idea is to find what makeup items are trending on tiktok or other social media and try them yourself.
