Small store, limited stock. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame they can't communicate with other stores like a normal chain. I asked if they were able to check stock in other stores so I didn't have to call or go there and they said they couldn't. So that was disappointing.

I had a really positive experience last month where I’d organised a click and collect for a product. There was another product from the same brand that was unable to be delivered, I’d asked the cashier if they had this product elsewhere in the store, I believe it may have been David? David went above and beyond to locate this product for me, eventually finding it! Absolutely made my day!

Went here to get vaccinated, suffice to say will not be going back. No skin preparation like an alcohol swab, no gloves used and to top it all off they almost mistook me for someone else in their system! Backroom was also a disorganised mess with stuff everywhere. Really shocking. I understand the risk of infection is somewhat low with sterilised needles, but guys. Cmon, this is a little ridiculous.
