Customer service ranges from who is on shift that day. Had some wonderful and very bad experiences here. Click and collect within 2 hours (as a one pass member) is a joke, did not receive my items within a 4 hour time frame and the staff seemed annoyed that I asked for my item when I came to store without a confirmation email. I got chased down after a payment didn’t go through. Apparently pay pass doesn’t work and the physical card is needed. I asked if there was any way we could refresh the system (I managed a pub where this had happened to our eftpos machines and turning the router off and on would make them work again) but she just passed me off to another counter.
