Unfortunately very disappointed with today’s experience. I usually leave feeling very happy. Was advised when presented with the quote, that I needed to include a blow dry as this aided the stylist in checking the cut?. Ok. I usually just do a quick dry off. After the “blow dry” my hair looked the way it does after a shower and quick dry off on my way to the gym…I feel completely ripped off.

I felt that the cashier was very disrespectful and quite rude towards Asians. I didn’t even receive a greeting or a simple glance. She didn’t ask if I needed a receipt, either. The only polite word she said was “thank you,” but even that felt like she just wanted to get rid of me. It was a very unpleasant experience.

After providing Sisterhood membership, the cashier asked if I wanted to round up the bill by one cent. I looked at the price at the display. The price was $x.49. So I said yes and scan my bank card. Later when I walked out and looked at the receipt, it was added 51 cents, not 1 cent.
