Went in today to browse the skincare after having some problems. Asked a very polite and understanding young lady (Bronte, I think it was) for some advice. She was very helpful, showed me a couple of options suitable and advised on the products. Wasn't the most expensive either, when I had said it didn't matter of cost. So a big thumbs up from me. Not enough people recognise good customer service when it is due.
Leaving one star rating not for priceline but for priceline bunbury staff.There is a tall slender lady with blonde hair that is super disrespectful and racist to people of colour. She has been rude,arrogant and on several occasions. I missed finding the bubbly staff, a short one with piercing and deep eye-liner with colourful hair.She is such a fresh air to breathe.To the tall moody lady at the cashier, just put your attitude and overall behaviour together.Thats not how you treat people who come shopping there.Or better,stay... read more
