Not 1 star for the whole store, but one staff member specifically. I witnessed this staff member treat an elderly woman with a disability in a way that was genuinely appalling. This lady politely asked for help and was met with sighs, huffing, eye rolling levels of impatience, and a raised voice. She was simply trying to keep up and understand what the “assistant” was pointing out. Watching it unfold was honestly heartbreaking. Staff provided excellent service. Very helpful to explain products and alternatives that can be used. A great addition to Westlakes.
