Very impressed with the service and staff during the closing down sale. Sad to see how some of the comments have been very negative. The store has always been supported by me for years and because of lack of support and a downturn in sales I will be looking to shop elsewhere. I have never seen so many shoppers in the crowded store. It was a very packed situation and the staff looked very tired and stressed as they have lost their jobs, but kept smiling thru. So disappointed!!! Went to go purchase a few items from their sales… I rushed straight from work and was met with a line, with still a whole hour to close I thought I was going to be able to take a look! WRONG - there was no communication to anyone that was in the line which kept growing that they will be closing A WHOLE 40 MINUTES EARLY. Your staff need to be better equipped to deal with busy times. Now I will not be able to purchase anything from their sale and am extremely disappointed with the customer service/lack of
