Just left . 2 staff members were too busy chatting to even acknowledge my presence . Not a good look as the shop was empty
It was quick, easy and I was able to get my shampoo and conditioner I wanted with no hassle. Really useful.
Do not rate. Probably won’t return. Front of house staff are just plain rude. I was on an important call for work in between shifts and waiting to be served, but was completely ignored by the older woman on the front counter who proceeded to serve people who came after me ignoring the fact I was standing there waiting. And to make matters worse when the lady she’d let in front of me told her I was waiting there first she then began to talk about me not needing to be served as i was “CLEARLY busy and on the phone” to them IN ... read more
