Just had the most disappointing retail experiences of my life. A staff member by the name of Marney(?) chased my 3yo for a lipstick I OWN and when I immediately intervened and asked her to speak to me instead of my toddler, she started screaming and escalated the situation, absolutely unnecessarily! I then spoke to a manger by the name of Travis, who had no control or authority over the situation, so I left and lodged a formal complaint via email. Absolutely appalling and highly disturbing!
Online orders dispatched very quickly. Excellent online service from Lauren. 👍🌟
There is anything with the men and women need? Sunscreen, conditioner, shampoo all the oil of her or body
Great product range & such a organised store!
Just left . 2 staff members were too busy chatting to even acknowledge my presence . Not a good look as the shop was empty
