Absolutely disappointed with Priceline Belconnen. Placed an online order (2010236167) only to be told at the store it was canceled due to a "website glitch," even though the items were in stock and still on sale online. Staff were unhelpful, dismissing it as a potential "scam." Poor customer service and accountability—no wonder Chemist Warehouse is preferred. The outcome might have been different if this happened with other color person (white). Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
