Bought a lipliner that was clearly marked brown and named something like "coffee nude" on its packaging, turned out to be a bright barbie pink, (nothing at all like was indicated). I showed the girl at the counter and she refused to let me exchange or refund and even insinuated it was my own fault for believing the indicated colour, giving me some handy advice to never believe the indicated colour. This is the second time I had a very rude attitude from this store, the staff are not very friendly ! It costs nothing to be nice to other people just be kind.
Everyone’s just plain rude for no reason, is it like a requirement or something? and when you try and match their energy they’re the ones who’s mad like bffr
The girls that work here are so unprofessional. I was looking for someone to open the perfume cabinet. 2 girls rushed away as soon as they saw me approaching pretending to fix and straighten things up. So I asked the lady at the counter these girls walked passed again to not even offer help again acting as if they’re straightening already straight products.
