My husband just came in from going to the Bathurst store he was waiting for advise on a lip gloss for me. The girl was serving a customer when she was finished she looked at my husband & walked off out the back door😡 Sorry everyone here says we should shop local we won't ever shop in there again.

I went to the bathurst store, The older lady behind the counter had no customer service, couldn't even tell me the amount until I asked. Very rude. Even my 15 yo don't said, mum she hasn't got no customer service. Im not in a rush to go back. I have been to that store and served by wonderful people but not today.
