I had a great experience with Vivian! I came in wanting to lighten my hair from dark box dye, and she was transparent about what was possible and created a plan that wouldn't compromise its health. She's intentional, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing, and I was happy with the color afterwards. Even after bleaching, my hair feels healthy, and she sent me home with products to help maintain it.
