The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. It took 1.5 hours total to get my rental car from them (I already had a reservation). Absolutely unheard of. It ruined our first day of travel as so much time was wasted just waiting. The staff move incredibly slow and inefficiently here, even when there’s long lines. Use any other car rental but this place.
Arrived at airport - this location is not at airport. $30 uber ride to get there. No one answered the phone when I called to confirm. When I arrived with three small children I discovered why: 30 people were waiting to be served and had been waiting an hour plus. We immediately left. This is a scam and incompetent company
Prices are lower, a few stars for that. But the service and speed is really slow. If you have to get somewhere by a certain time, leave room in your schedule (at least an hour) because these guys move slow. Also, the name on the business says "West Coast Rentals" not Priceless.
Try to call the phone number of this location. Trust me, they will not answer. Goes straight to voicemail, then says voicemail is full. No way to contact them by phone, absolutely shitty Don't be tempted by the price, the service is so bad you will regret it
