Noah was amazing
This place was an absolute nightmare. Had to wait 2 hours for our car to be ready. The lady at the desk said it was at another lot but come to find out it had a dead battery. The lady was giving us a hard time for being 21 minutes late even though she said we had a 1 or 2 hour grace period because she changed her mind I guess. Booked a ford expedition but they don’t even have those models. I would not recommend this place to my worst nightmare. The shuttle was great. The car that was given to me was losing air from the rear right side. I sent them a picture with the time on the dashboard of when I picked up car 10:30pm, saying it had 22 of air. I placed air in it and it lasted 2 days. But came to the conclusion it may have a bad sensor. I had my insurance but they decided to charge me without telling me $270 for a nail that was in the tire. To me that is stealing. Joanna did an amazing job getting us a nice car for two weeks on a last minute's notice. She went above and beyond expectations. Great selection of vehicles clean professional service all around. Shuttle to airport very helpful.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Terrible doesn’t even begin to cover my experience with this place. just wasted 2 hours of my day and ended up without a car booking last minute from someone else. Booked a car for 2 weeks, we get there they tell us we can’t drive over 50 miles a day without an extra daily charge. They tell us $40 per toll we drive through if we didn’t bring a sun pass.
