I had a great experience when renting a vehicle. I reserved it online free of charge, and paid when I picked it up in person. What a pleasant experience. Girls in the office were very friendly, and Joanne went above and beyond with making me happy and comfortable. It was first day of my vacation, I was nervous about spending a lot on the rental, but to my surprise it wasn't very expensive as I thought it would be. Scam. Do not rent from this company. We paid a $250 deposit, returned the car clean and in perfect condition, and were told multiple times at drop-off that everything was fine. No damage or issues were mentioned. After returning to Canada, we discovered that our $250 deposit had not been refunded. When we asked why, they suddenly claimed there was a scratch on the vehicle something that was never mentioned when we returned the car.
