Scam. They ask for a $2,500 deposit. It's been almost 30 days, I've called twice and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. It is not even at the airport rental car site. You call for a van to come pick you up and take you to their unpaved property.
Not professional or helpful when dealing with refunds. They apparently have no email.
I rented the vehicle on line. When I arrived to pick it up. I was approached with great attitude and hospitality. It made my experience even better.
You get what you pay for. The car was not brand new, not even close. However my biggest complaint is that they have held my $400 deposit hostage for over 3 weeks and I'm still struggling to get it back. Why can't they just put temporary hold on the card? Frustrated.
