You get what you pay for. The car was not brand new, not even close. However my biggest complaint is that they have held my $400 deposit hostage for over 3 weeks and I'm still struggling to get it back. Why can't they just put temporary hold on the card? Frustrated.
The car was in good condition. The staff really is what made the difference though! Extremely helpful and fun to work with! They have excellent recommendations and were very welcoming. Thanks for going above and beyond to make the trip memorable!
I rented from Priceless Car Rental and had a really good experience. The people there were awesome, super friendly and actually helpful, not just going through the motions. They made everything really easy and stress-free.
We rented a car from here.February twelfth of this year, they charged us a five hundred and fifty dollar deposit, cause we used the debit card. We ended up using an extra day so they took that extra day off of the deposit. Which was fine We returned the car on february sixteenth in the exact condition we received it. BE WARNED!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO RENT A CAR!!!!! My rental was booked with a flight through Priceline.com so I assumed that it would be legitimate. It was not disclosed that I would have to pay a $400 deposit at the time of pickup. When I returned the car there was a letter attached to my paperwork saying that my refund of my deposit would take up to 30 days to process and that if I disputed the charge with my bank I would be charged a $50 dollar administrative fee.
