BE WARNED!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO RENT A CAR!!!!! My rental was booked with a flight through Priceline.com so I assumed that it would be legitimate. It was not disclosed that I would have to pay a $400 deposit at the time of pickup. When I returned the car there was a letter attached to my paperwork saying that my refund of my deposit would take up to 30 days to process and that if I disputed the charge with my bank I would be charged a $50 dollar administrative fee. Don't use Priceless/Nifty. As others noted, they do not put a hold on your card for the $400 deposit they charge it. They say they will refund it within 14 business days. They did not return the message I sent them on their website and do not return calls. Finally had to contact CC company. If they feel they need to give you this letter you know there is seriously something wrong with this company.
We were treated incredibly well by all of the Priceless Car Rental team members that we encountered. The vehicle we rented was spotless and was rented to us at an incredible rate. If we ever travel to this area again, we will be contacting Priceless for a car rental.
DONT RENT HERE!! Major scam Rented a car on February 25th and returned on February 26th. Instead of placing a hold on your card and then dropping it once returned they actually took $400. Said it would take 7-14 business days to get it back. It’s mar. 12th and still no refund. When you call they say we will get you moved to the top or place you on hold to ask the same questions with no information. Absolutely disgusting!!!
Booked it as part of a trip with a flight and by the time we actually arrived to car rental building and called Priceless to be picked up, both locations were closed for the day at 5pm. With kids, this took extra hour to have to cancel and rebook with someone else.
