Had an unfortunate experience of attempting to schedule somebody to come out and quote for a unit with install. They gave me a window from between 11a-1pm for somebody to arrive. I cleared my schedule for the day and waited. They called me at 12:45pm to let me know that several of their techs are not available and they would need to reschedule due to staffing and a hectic morning.
