In May of LAST YEAR 2021 a crack started from the side of my bay window. Lifetime warranty so called Howie. Can't get the window he said because of COVID. Called again in Sept. Now the crack is all the way to the top. Can't get, COVID. Went all winter. Called this last May, still can't get, COVID. Just called again, it's been 17 months. I wasn't upset or angry but he flew into an angry rant, screaming about parts he can't get. Then said "do you want me to lie to you, OK it'll be in tomorrow" and hung up on me. A little expensive
The owner of Priced Right Exteriors, Howie came to my property and gave me an estimate for windows. He was very good with suggesting the right kind and color to complement my home. His installer was also top notch!. He was very detailed and did an excellent job.He even saw two other existing problems in my home and fixed those as well. I would highly recommend them!
Great quality windows and a clean installation! Put windows in our old house and current house. Will contact them for any future houses too!
